Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use aceontech.ch or our presale page, join our launch list, reserve AceBand, or use Ace Community. By doing so you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Ace on Tech is an independent product development project based in Switzerland, operated by its founder, Yuri Bombello. Contact: hello@aceontech.ch.

2. Product status

AceBand is in development and has not yet entered commercial production. Specifications, features, design, pricing and availability shown on our websites are preliminary and may change before launch.

3. Launch list and $1 VIP reservation

Joining the launch list is free. Reserving AceBand for $1 gives you VIP status, which currently includes: early notice when our Kickstarter campaign goes live so you can access launch-day pricing, priority fulfilment among the first AceBands we ship, an early preview of the Kickstarter campaign, and access to our private VIP community.

The $1 reservation is not a purchase of AceBand and does not fix a price or a delivery date. It is not deducted from the price of AceBand on Kickstarter. If you want your $1 back, email hello@aceontech.ch and we will refund it.

4. Kickstarter campaign

We plan to launch AceBand on Kickstarter. Pledges made there are governed by Kickstarter’s own terms and by the information on our campaign page, in addition to these Terms.

5. Ace Community and Challenges

You are responsible for the content you post in Ace Community and must have the right to share it. We may remove content or accounts that break these Terms or the law. Each Challenge with a prize has its own official rules, which apply in addition to these Terms; see the Monthly Challenge Official Rules.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse our websites, including by trying to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfering with how they work, submitting false entries, or using them for anything unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our websites, including the Ace on Tech and AceBand names, logos and product design, belongs to Ace on Tech. See our Intellectual Property Notice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ace on Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our websites. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of the country where they live.

11. Changes

If we change these Terms, we will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
