Monthly Challenge Official Rules

These are the official rules of the 30 Second Wall Challenge (the “Challenge”), organised by Ace on Tech, an independent project based in Switzerland (contact: hello@aceontech.ch). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to the Challenge.

1. Who can enter

The Challenge is open to everyone, anywhere it is not prohibited or restricted by law. Ace on Tech’s founder and anyone helping to run the Challenge cannot enter. One entry per person.

Players under 18 can take part with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must submit the entry using their own email address, is responsible for the entry, and receives the prize on the player’s behalf. We may ask for confirmation of this permission before announcing a winner.

2. Entry period

The entry period will be published on this page and on @aceontech when the Challenge launches. Entries submitted before the launch or after the closing date are not valid.

3. How to enter

1. Follow @aceontech on Instagram.
2. Measure 8 steps from the wall and mark the minimum distance with a visible object.
3. Stay behind the marked distance for the entire attempt.
4. Record one continuous 30 second video. No cuts or edits.
5. You and the ball must remain visible throughout the attempt.
6. Post the video to your Instagram Story and tag @aceontech.
7. Submit your video through the Challenge page in Ace Community before the entry period ends.

4. How the winner is chosen

The Ace on Tech team reviews every submitted video. A valid hit is a shot you return to the wall with your racket while staying behind the marked distance. Entries that break any rule are disqualified. The entry with the highest number of valid hits wins. If two or more entries have the same highest score, the one submitted first wins.

5. The prize

There is one prize, for one winner only: one AceBand and one tennis racket of the winner’s choice with a retail value of up to USD 320. No other entrant receives a prize.

• The racket ships to the winner right away, once we have their choice and shipping address.
• AceBand is not yet in production. It ships to the winner as soon as production is ready, among the first units we ship.
• Ace on Tech pays for shipping. Any import duties or taxes in the winner’s country are the winner’s responsibility.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else.

6. Announcement and claiming the prize

We will contact the winner by email and Instagram and announce the result on @aceontech within 14 days after the entry period closes. The winner has 7 days to reply. If they do not, or they turn out to be ineligible, the next highest valid entry wins.

7. Your video

You keep ownership of your video. By entering, you allow Ace on Tech to review it and to repost your Instagram Story on @aceontech, with credit to you. Entry videos are deleted within 90 days after the winner is announced, except the winning entry, which we keep as proof of the result.

8. Safety

Choose a safe wall and space, and make sure no one is in the way. You take part at your own risk.

9. Privacy and other terms

We use your entry data only to run the Challenge, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Terms & Conditions also apply. If the Challenge cannot run as planned for reasons outside our control, we may change or cancel it and will announce this on @aceontech. These rules are governed by Swiss law.
